3. Editing Teachers Details

For already captured teacher details, follow these steps to edit:

  1. Click the “Edit” button in the Action column.
  2. Input the required information, such as mobile numbers.
  3. Save changes.

Note: Error messages may appear if essential details are missing or an incorrect format is used.

County Administrators Monitoring and Report Access

County administrators, including Directors, SCDs, CSOs, and County ICT officers, have access to monitoring tabs. Follow these steps:

  1. Access TM Reports tab.
  2. Choose the relevant report to generate.
  3. For monitoring individual captures (e.g., mobile numbers), select “TMIS Mobile Capture Individuals.”
  4. Choose the format for report generation and click “Export.”

A downloadable file will be generated for further analysis.
