Fear not! The following guide is designed to empower every teacher under the TSC umbrella to seamlessly undertake both self-appraisals and evaluations of their peers.
Setting the Stage: Creating Your TPAD 2 Account
Upon creating your TPAD-2 account successfully, the next step involves a self-appraisal.
Here’s a straightforward process to guide you:
- Login:
- Visit https://tpad2.tsc.go.ke/auth/login.
- Enter your TSC Number, ID Number, and Password; then click ‘Login.’
- Forgot your password? Reset it by clicking the ‘Forgot password’ tab.
- Dashboard Overview:
- After logging in, you’ll be redirected to your dashboard displaying pending and accomplished tasks.
- Initiating Self-Appraisal:
- Click the menu button (top left corner, represented by three parallel lines on mobile).
- Select ‘Self appraisals’ followed by ‘self assessment.’
- Creating New Appraisal:
- Click ‘Create new appraisal.’
- Select the Year, Term, and ‘on duty’ under eligibility.
- Completing Appraisal:
- Your appraisals will be listed under ‘My appraisals.’
- Under the ‘action’ column, select ‘proceed to appraisal’ to fill in the required information/fields.
- Recording Standards:
- Record Teaching Standards, Learners Progress, and Lesson Attendance.
- Choose standards one at a time, update, and proceed to the next.
- Submitting for Appraisal:
- After filling out all areas, click ‘view/ submit for Appraisal.’
- Patience and precision are key; you can’t proceed unless each section is updated.
