Ensure you have a scanned copy of your KCSE Certificate and visit the TSC Promotions Portal at https://tsconline.tsc.go.ke/adverts.
Please note that Chapter 6 documents (KRA, Helb Compliance, etc.) are not required at the application stage.

Step-by-Step Guide on How to Access TPAD Archives and Retrieve Previous TPAD Reports
Accessing your archived TPAD reports is a straightforward process.
Follow these steps to retrieve your previous TPAD reports:
Step 1:
Visit the TSC TPAD portal at https://tpad2.tsc.go.ke/.
Step 2:
Click on the ‘Login’ button. Enter your TSC Number, ID Number, and Password in the respective fields.
Click on ‘Login’ to proceed.
Step 3:
Once logged in, click on ‘Self Appraisals’, and then select ‘Self Assessment’.
Step 4:
In the ‘Self Assessment’ section, locate and click on ‘View Archived reports’.
You may see a warning message about privacy; simply click on ‘Advanced’ followed by ‘Proceed to tpadarchive.tsc.go.ke (unsafe)’ to continue.
Step 5
Click on ‘Incomplete Appraisals’.
Step 6
Scroll down to view your previous appraisals.
Step 7
To view or print a specific appraisal report, move across the years and click on ‘View Appraisal’ at the far right.
To print the appraisal, scroll to the bottom of the page and select ‘Print Detailed Appraisal’.
You can also save the appraisal report as a PDF by clicking on ‘Destination’ and selecting ‘Save as PDF’.
For Mobile Users
Follow the same steps as above (Step 1 to 7).
To save a PDF copy of the appraisal on your mobile device, click on the three dots at the top right corner of your screen.
Select ‘Share’, then ‘Print’, and finally ‘Save as PDF’.
The appraisal report will be saved in the ‘downloads’ folder on your phone.

You can now easily access and retrieve all your archived TPAD reports for your records or for use in TSC promotions and interviews.
