How to Activate the TPAY Portal Online to Check Payslips
To activate TPAY, follow the steps that we have shared below.
- Open your PC or mobile browser (e.g., Chrome)
- In the URL bar, type the TPAY link or access it from the TSC website. Click on https://tpay.tsc.go.ke
- Once the website has loaded, Enter your TSC Number and the TPAY password that you have been given at the TSC offices.
- Proceed to Upload your Passport Photo and click on Save
- Enter your Phone number and request an OTP code, key it in, and click on Validate
- Key in your TSC Mwalimu Email i.e @mwalimu.tsc.go.ke and click on Send to receive the OTP.
- Visit the email via Outlook and enter the code from T-PAY sent to your email and click on Validate
Once it is validated, you can now be able to see the payslips menu on the left side essential when accessing payslips.

How to Download your Payslip
It’s in order for an individual to keep a copy of his/her payslip.
You can just download the slip and save it on your device.
Use the procedure below to download;
- Click on the latest payslip to see the latest payslips basically for the last four months.
- In order to keep a copy of your payslip, you can just take a screenshot of your payslip.
- Alternatively, you can click on the print Icon at the bottom of your payslip, then you can print and save a copy.
- If you want to access other payslips for previous months, you use the ‘search T-Pay menu items’ tab and access the payslip of the month you intend to access.
