The TSC allows applicants to apply for a duplicate certificate at any time, provided the current certificate is lost, misplaced, damaged, defaced, or if there’s a need for a name change.
Requirements for TSC Certificate Replacement Application
To initiate the application for a duplicate TSC certificate, ensure you have the following:
- Non-Refundable Fee: Pay a fee of Sh2055, which is non-refundable.
- Bank Payment Slip: Provide the payment slip from the bank.
- National Identity Card (ID): Submit a copy of your ID.
- Affidavit or Marriage Certificate: If changing names, include an affidavit or marriage certificate.
