Accessing the TSC Portal
To initiate your wealth declaration, access the Teachers Online Services Information system through any web browser, preferably Chrome or Mozilla Firefox.
Simply visit the TSC website, click on the online services menu, and select Teachers Online Services.
Alternatively, type www.teachersonline.go.ke in your browser and hit enter.
Once on the home page, click on the “Declaration of Income, Assets, and Liabilities” link at the top.
Creating Your Account
- Enter your TSC number and click “Next.”
- Provide your mobile number and a valid email address.
- Set a secure password.
- Confirm your password and proceed to the next step.
Logging into the System
Enter your TSC number and password to log in to the system.
General Information and Bio Data
- Read through the general information and click “Next.”
- Fill in your place of birth, marital status, postal, and permanent address.

Administrators can monitor income, assets, and liabilities by following these steps:
- Click on the “Monitor Income, Assets, and Liabilities” link.
- Check compliance status and provide reasons for non-compliance.
Managing User Password
a) Resetting Password:
- Click on “Forgot Password.”
- Enter your TSC number and click “Continue” to reset your password.
b) Changing Password:
- Click on the drop-down arrow, select “Profile,” and click on “Account.”
- Enter the new and old passwords. Click “Save” to apply changes.
c) System Log Out:
- Always log out for security. Click the drop-down arrow, select “Sign Out.”
