Logging Out:

From the list, select ‘Sign Out.’

Managing Passwords

Forgot Password

  • A verification code will be sent to your registered mobile number via SMS.
  • Enter the verification code and click ‘Continue.’
  • Update your profile and create a new password.

Changing Password

  • Click on ‘My Profile.’
  • Select ‘Account.’
  • Provide a new password and confirm it.
  • Click ‘Save’ to apply changes.

Submitting Entry/Exit Reports

To submit an Entry/Exit report, the head of the institution must follow these steps:

  1. Log into the system.
  2. Under the Entry/Exit menu, select ‘Submit Entry/Exit-Inst Head.’
  3. Click to submit Entry/Exit report.

Teachers on Entry

  • To initiate teacher entry, click ‘Entry’ under the Actions menu.
  • Select entry reasons, date reported, add remarks (if any), and click ‘Submit’ to finish.

Teachers on Exit

  • To exit a teacher on transfer or temporary leave, click ‘Exit’ under the Action button.
  • Select the date of exit from the calendar, confirm the exit, and click ‘Save.’

Exiting Teachers on Duty in an Institution

Teachers on duty might leave the institution permanently due to retirement or other reasons.

To exit a teacher:

  • Click on ‘Exit Teacher’ under the Actions menu.
  • In the window that appears, select the date of exit, exit reason, and remarks.

Teachers on temporary exits are flagged as on leave but are not removed from the list of teachers in the institution.
